For standard models (1kW-6kW with 1500x3000mm table), the delivery time is 7-15 working days after deposit confirmation. Customized or high-power models (10kW-20kW) require 20-30 working days. We maintain a large inventory of popular configurations at our manufacturing base. Shipping time to major ports is typically 15-30 days by sea. Expedited air freight is available upon request.
Our metal laser cutter offers much higher precision (±0.03mm vs ±1mm of plasma), narrower kerf (0.15mm vs 2mm), and a smoother edge without dross. Laser cutting also produces a smaller heat-affected zone, preserving material properties. For sheets under 25mm, laser is faster and more cost-effective. Plasma is only better for very thick plates (over 50mm) where precision is less critical. Most of our customers switch from plasma to laser for reduced secondary processing.
Yes, our metal laser cutting machines are specially designed for high-reflective materials. The cutting head features back-reflection protection, and the laser source has an anti-reflection isolation module. This prevents damage to the optical components.
