We also offer high-power options (up to 20kW) for cutting up to 50mm carbon steel. The exact thickness depends on the laser source power and material type. The positioning accuracy is ±0.03mm per meter, and the repeatability is ±0.02mm. This high precision is maintained across the entire working area thanks to our rigid cast-iron bed and dual-drive servo motors. For thin parts, the cut edge perpendicularity is within 0.1mm. These specs are verified using a laser interferometer before delivery. Many customers use our machines for precision parts that require no secondary finishing.
