How accurate is your metal laser cutting machine?

The positioning accuracy is ±0.03mm per meter, and the repeatability is ±0.02mm. This high precision is maintained across the entire working area thanks to our rigid cast-iron bed and dual-drive servo motors. For thin parts, the cut edge perpendicularity is within 0.1mm. These specs are verified using a laser interferometer before delivery. Many customers use our machines for precision parts that require no secondary finishing.
Our fiber laser cutting systems cut all common metals: mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and nickel alloys. The cutting head is equipped with automatic focus adjustment to handle reflective materials like copper and brass safely. We also provide pre-set cutting parameters for over 200 metal grades in the controller software.
For standard models (1kW-6kW with 1500x3000mm table), the delivery time is 7-15 working days after deposit confirmation. Customized or high-power models (10kW-20kW) require 20-30 working days.
