Precision Laser Cutter Engraver – One Machine, Endless Possibilities

Our laser cutter engraver supports both cutting and engraving on metals and non‑metals. For metals, the fiber laser source (1kW‑6kW option for cutting, 20W‑100W for engraving) delivers clean edges. For organics, the CO2 laser provides smooth cuts. The laser cutter engraver features a robust gantry with 0.03mm positioning accuracy. Typical applications: cutting stainless steel nameplates while engraving text, or cutting acrylic displays with engraved logos. We provide integrated software that automatically optimizes power and speed for each operation. With annual production over 10,000 units, our laser cutter engraver serves customers in 100+ countries.

Advantages of the product

29 Years of Metal Forming Expertise Built into Every Machine

Since 1995, engineering innovations from heavy-duty metal forming have been integrated into engraving system design. The machine inherits vibration-damping chassis technology, industrial-grade cooling, and dust-sealed rails originally developed for press brakes and lasers. This heritage translates into robust engravers that run 24/7 in foundries, tool rooms, and fabrication shops. Three generations of field data have refined the spindle control algorithm, optimizing depth consistency across different metal hardness levels.

Global Service Network Covering 100+ Countries

With business expansion to more than 100 countries, local technical support and training are available on five continents. Regional warehouses in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia stock common wear parts (lenses, nozzles, controllers). A 24/7 multilingual helpdesk provides remote diagnostics via video call. On-site installation and calibration are included for the first year. Customer portals offer firmware updates, troubleshooting guides, and spare part ordering – reducing machine downtime by up to 60%.

Related products

Rooted in the research, development, and production of intelligent metal forming equipment for nearly three decades, a full-scale intelligent manufacturing system has been established with an annual core equipment capacity of over 10,000 units, covering global markets in over 100 countries. The laser cutter engraver is a multifunctional industrial processing tool that unifies laser cutting and precision engraving, catering to the diverse needs of modern metal processing. It adopts a highly integrated optical path design and intelligent control algorithm to ensure synchronous stability in cutting and engraving operations. The non-contact processing method prevents workpiece deformation and surface damage, making it particularly suitable for thin metal sheets, precision parts, and decorative components. It is widely used in automotive parts manufacturing, construction machinery, hardware production, electronic equipment, metal crafts, and signage production. For instance, in electronic product manufacturing, it cuts chassis shells and engraves model information and certification marks; in hardware products, it produces complex shapes and adds brand logos in one continuous process. The equipment supports high-speed cutting up to 150 m/min and engraving resolution as fine as 0.01 mm, balancing efficiency and precision. It is compatible with multiple graphic design software and allows batch import of files to improve processing continuity. The robust bed structure reduces vibration during high-speed movement, ensuring consistent processing quality. The intelligent control system supports real-time parameter adjustment, processing simulation, and fault self-diagnosis, enhancing ease of use and reliability. Custom configurations are available for different material types, thickness ranges, and production efficiency demands. Whether for single-piece proofing, small-batch production, or large-scale automated manufacturing, this equipment provides stable and efficient output. With continuous technological innovation and process optimization, it adapts to the evolving requirements of intelligent manufacturing and industrial upgrading. Common problem

Can this engraving machine be used for marking plastics and wood?

Yes, with appropriate power settings. The fiber laser version is ideal for marking plastics (ABS, PC, nylon) and painted surfaces. For wood and acrylic, a CO2 laser module can be installed as an option. The machine automatically switches profiles to prevent burning or melting. Always request material testing samples first.
The machine uses a high-resolution linear encoder (0.001mm) and a servo-driven X/Y table. A pneumatic clamp or rotary axis option holds small parts firmly. The job memory stores exact coordinates, so reloading the same fixture yields identical engraving position within ±0.02mm. Camera alignment is available for pre-printed parts.
Absolutely. The machine supports I/O trigger, conveyor synchronization, and robotic arm communication via EtherCAT or Modbus. A hopper feeder and parts separator can be added for automatic loading/unloading. Up to 10,000 engraving jobs can be queued and triggered by barcode scan or PLC signal.

Mason
Rock-solid precision for aerospace parts

We use this engraving machine to mark Inconel turbine blades with 0.02mm deep serial numbers. After 18 months of two-shift operation, the axis repeatability is still within ±0.005mm. The automatic focus compensation handles slight variations in blade curvature perfectly. Tianchen’s on-site training saved us weeks of trial and error. Highly recommended for regulated industries.

Handles stainless steel deep engraving with ease

Needed to engrave 0.3mm deep tool IDs on hardened stainless dies. The 100W fiber version delivered perfect contrast and sharp edges without any post-processing. The machine runs 24/5 in a hot foundry environment – no overheating issues. The three-year warranty gave us confidence. Support responded to my email within 2 hours on a Sunday.
