How deep can your engraving machine cut into metal?

Depth range is adjustable from 0.01mm to 0.5mm per pass, depending on material hardness and laser power. For deeper marks, multiple passes can be programmed automatically. The machine maintains consistent depth across the entire engraving area of 300x300mm (standard model). Maximum practical depth for serial numbers and logos is 0.2mm on steel.
The machine works with LightBurn, EZCAD, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator. It accepts DXF, PLT, AI, BMP, JPG, and NC files. The included proprietary software offers nesting, batch processing, and barcode generation. An API is available for integration with ERP/MES systems.
The machine uses a high-resolution linear encoder (0.001mm) and a servo-driven X/Y table. A pneumatic clamp or rotary axis option holds small parts firmly. The job memory stores exact coordinates, so reloading the same fixture yields identical engraving position within ±0.02mm. Camera alignment is available for pre-printed parts.
