Installed in Korea: LF4020M Now in Full Production at an Automotive Sheet Metal Facility

Great news from South Korea — our LF4020M fiber laser cutting machine has been successfully installed, commissioned and is now running in full production at a local automotive sheet metal fabrication facility.

The customer specializes in body panels and structural sheet components, where cutting quality and delivery speed are everything. A key challenge: processing 3mm copper — one of the most high-reflective materials in laser processing, known to damage standard laser systems.

The LF4020M, powered by a 6000W fiber laser, handles it with ease. Smooth, burr-free edges, straight to assembly — no secondary grinding, no special processes, no downtime headaches. The machine is already delivering faster turnaround and more order capacity for the customer.

This is the third Tianchen installation in Korea's automotive supply chain this year, and the word is spreading.
