The high-power fiber laser cutter purchased by the client requires supporting auxiliary equipment, including air compressors, voltage stabilizers, and industrial cooling systems. Traditional ground layout arrangements occupy extensive workshop space, conflicting with the client’s existing factory planning and restricting future production line expansion.

Customized Solution: Double-Layer Platform Design to Double Space Utilization
We designed and constructed a heavy-duty steel structure double-layer platform exclusively for the client, dedicated to placing all auxiliary supporting equipment. This customized design delivers remarkable practical advantages:
Maximum Space Saving: All auxiliary devices are relocated to the upper platform, leaving the entire ground area for the laser cutting machine main unit and material handling. This solution creates nearly 30 square meters of additional production space for the factory.

Safety & Maintenance Convenience: Equipped with anti-slip guardrails and safety access stairs, the platform ensures operational safety for maintenance staff and simplifies daily equipment inspection and upkeep.

Optimized Integrated Layout: The integrated design of the platform and main machine streamlines the workshop layout for better neatness and order. It also shortens pneumatic and circuit pipelines, effectively reducing energy consumption and potential equipment failure risks.
